Socialization of Reading Literacy through Children's Stories for Strengthening Moral Character in the Community Environment

The socialization of reading literacy through children's stories plays a crucial role in strengthening moral character within society. Children's stories, rich in moral values, can shape positive attitudes and introduce concepts of kindness, honesty, and responsibility to young readers. This literacy socialization program aims to improve reading skills while fostering strong character in the younger generation. Through group reading activities in the community, children are given the opportunity to absorb moral messages found in stories, which can then be applied in their daily lives. It is hoped that this literacy socialization will lay the foundation for creating a more cultured and virtuous society. The results of the socialization efforts demonstrate the importance of reading. This activity serves to motivate children to read and has been implemented successfully.
