Empowerment of Elementary School Teachers in Strengthening Character Education at UPT SD Negeri 063 Aek Nauli II

The problem faced at UPT SD Negeri 063 Aek Nauli II is the lack of teacher understanding of strengthening character education, which has an impact on the low efforts to strengthen student character. The purpose of this service is to empower teachers in implementing strengthening character education at the school. The method used in this service includes two stages of training, namely the theory and practice stages, as well as further assistance to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of character education. The results of the service showed an increase in teachers' understanding and ability to implement character education at school. The teachers showed high enthusiasm and have successfully applied the principles of character education in various activities at school. It is hoped that this program can make a significant contribution to creating a character education environment in UPT SD Negeri 063 Aek Nauli II.
