Tujuan–Peran Solidaritas Karyawan pada Keinginan Keluar dan Kelelahan Bekerja: Pemediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Desain / Metodologi / Pendekatan–Penelitian menggunakan populasi atau sampel jenuh dengan seluruh karyawan Toko Waralaba Indomaret di Kulon Progo. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian–Solidaritas Karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berperan signifikan pada Kepuasan Kerja dan kelelahan bekerja. Sebaliknya solidaritas karyawan tidak berperan pada Keinginan Keluar dan kelelahan bekerja, kepuasan Kerja tidak berperan pada Keinginan Keluar. Kemudian kepuasan Kerja bukan merupakan mediasi antara solidaritas karyawan dengan Keinginan Keluar, tetapi kepuasan Kerja berperan mediasi antara solidaritas karyawan dengan Kelelahan Bekerja.
