Abstract

Mentoring campus students teaching batch 4 at SMP Swasta Dwiwarna Medan. aims to guide campus students teaching batch 4, carried out for one semester starting from August 1, 2022 to December 2022. With a program of literacy, numeracy, technology adaptation and administration activities. Literacy pretest data 22.4%, numeracy pretest 16, 25%. The results obtained after the program was implemented then carried out a posttest, obtained the results of 26% literacy, 19% numeracy. While the initial technology adaptation was 29%, there was an increase after the program was implemented to 88.73%. The conclusion of the program implemented by the Teaching Campus Student Team has a positive impact in improving the ability of Dwiwarna Medan Private Junior High School students regarding literacy, numeracy and technological adaptation.
