Abstract

Utilization of Moringa leaves is one of the efforts that can be made in dealing with health problems regarding anemia. The purpose of this service is to provide assistance to the Temmapaduae Village community to increase understanding and skills regarding the existence of healthy and nutritious food for the growth and development of children. The method used is the presentation of knowledge regarding the use of moringa leaves, discussions and practices of moringa-based food management. The result of this activity is an increased understanding of moringa leaf-based food processing and prevention of anemia. These training participants have been able to produce processed food from Moringa leaves and are expected to be commercialized into various products to improve people's welfare.
